How To Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Epic Soul Mate account and related personal data by emailing us from the email address connected to your account.

1. Send an email to info@epicsoulmate.com.
2. Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
3. Include your account email, name, country, and a clear request to delete your account and personal data.
4. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.
5. Some records may be retained where required by law, payment rules, fraud prevention, security, or dispute resolution.

If you created your account using Google or Facebook login, include the email address used for your Google or Facebook account.
